3. Q. ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

                A. YES IF YOU BOOK AND PAY IN FULL FOR THE SILVER / GOLD PACKAGE OR 7 NIGHT CLUB + WATERPARK SAVER TICKET PRIOR TO 1st APRIL 2012, THEN YOU WILL GAIN FREE ACCESS TO THE WATERPARK SHOW (you will be required to purchase a coach ticket in resort charged at 10€.)

4.  Q.  CAN THE LENGTH OF THE STAY BE EXTENDED/CAN WE ARRIVE EARLIER?

                         STAY BETWEEN THE 22nd JUNE AND THE 8th JULY 2012, THE       

                        COST IS £30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT FOR BRONZE AND SILVER PACKAGES AND £42 PER PERSON PER NIGHT FOR GOLD PACKAGE.

 

5.  Q.  IF I BOOK EXTRA NIGHTS BETWEEN 22nd AND 26th JUNE 2012, WILL I GET FREE ENTRY TO THE HTID HARDCORE EVENT.

6. Q.  WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE?

            A. FULL PAYMENT FOR PACKAGES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 16th MAY 2012.

FULL PAYMENT FOR CLUB ONLY TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 19th JUNE 2012.

            A.        HOTEL DETAILS WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL 2

WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

 

8.         Q.        HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT?

A.         17 YEARS OLD PROVIDED THAT ANOTHER PERSON IN YOUR GROUP IS 18+ YEARS OLD. UNDER 18'S ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SERVED OR CONSUME ALCOHOL AT ANY OF THE EVENTS.

2.         Q.        WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER GROUP?

            A.        THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER BOOKING IS 8, 

                        SHOULD YOUR GROUP BE LARGER THAN 8 THEN PLEASE

                        MAKE ADDITIONAL BOOKINGS WITH NEW GROUP LEADERS

AND ASK FOR BOOKINGS TO BE LINKED.

3.         Q.        HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT TO SECURE A FULL PACKAGE PLACE?

            A.        THE DEPOSIT IS £75 PER PERSON. ANY EXTRAS (SUCH AS

                        EXTRA NIGHTS, TRANSFERS AND UPGRADES) MUST BE PAID

                        AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE IS

                        16TH MAY 2012.

**ACCOMMODATION**

 

1.         Q.        WHAT IS THE ACCOMMODATION LIKE?

            A.        YOU CAN REQUEST 2, 3 OR 4 STAR HOTEL. ALL ROOMS HAVE EN SUITE

                        WASHING FACILITIES FOR 2 PERSONS (3 PERSONS IF THE GROUP IS OF AN UNEVEN NUMBER.)

 

2.            Q.           HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL SHARE A ROOM FROM MY GROUP.

A.            GROUP BOOKINGS OF AN EVEN NUMBER WILL BE ALLOCATED 2 PERSONS PER ROOM. GROUP BOOKINGS OF AN UNEVEN NUMBER WILL RESULT IN ONE OF YOUR ROOMS BEING ALLOCATED TO 3 PERSONS.

 

3.         Q.        CAN THE ACCOMMODATION BE UPGRADED?

            A.        THE ACCOMMODATION CAN BE UPGRADED TO 4 STAR, AT

A COST OF £12 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS OF LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

 

 

4.         Q.        CAN A CERTAIN HOTEL BE REQUESTED?

            A.        NO.

 

5.         Q.        WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION?

            A.        THE PERIOD THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED PLUS BREAKFAST

                        AND DINNER. IF YOU BOOK AND PAY IN FULL FOR THE SILVER / GOLD PACKAGE OR 7 NIGHT CLUB + WATERPARK SAVER TICKET PRIOR TO 1st APRIL 2012 THEN THE WATERPARK EVENT IS ALSO INCLUDED SUBJECT TO AN IN RESORT CHARGE OF 10€ WHICH COVERS TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE SHOW.

 

6.         Q.        OUR GROUP WILL BE ARRIVING AT SEPARATE TIMES

                        WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?

A.        AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU MUST CHECK IN

                        TO THE HOTEL TOGETHER AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE

                        THAT THE HOTEL WILL HOLD THE REMAINING ROOMS.

 

7.         Q.        IS THERE A SAFE IN THE ROOM?

            A.        ALL ROOMS HAVE SAFES IN THEM OR SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AT RECEPTION. COSTS FOR THESE

                        VARY DEPENDING ON THE HOTEL.

 

8.         Q.        DO WE HAVE TO PAY A DAMAGE DEPOSIT TO THE HOTEL?

            A.        YES A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF 50€ WILL BE REQUIRED

FROM EACH PERSON IN THE GROUP HOWEVER IT IS REFUNDED PROVIDING NO DAMAGE IS INFLICTED ON THE ROOM OR HOTEL.

 

9.         Q.        WHEN CAN WE FIND OUT WHERE WE ARE STAYING?

            A.        ACCOMMODATION DETAILS WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL 2

WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

 

**TRANSFERS**

 

1.         Q.        CAN WE BE TRANSFERRED TO/FROM THE AIRPORT?

            A.        YES WE CAN TRANSFER YOU, HOWEVER THIS IS AT AN

                        ADDITIONAL COST. FOR BARCELONA (BCN) AIRPORT

                        THE COST IS £17 PER PERSON EACH WAY AND FOR

                        GIRONA (GRO) AIRPORT THE COST IS £ 12 PER PERSON

                        EACH WAY.

 

            ** PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY TRANSFER YOU IF WE

            RECEIVE YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS BEFORE 16TH MAY 2012. FAILURE

            TO SUPPLY THE DETAILS WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSFER AND NO

            REFUND WILL BE GIVEN **

 

2.         Q.        HOW DOES THE TRANSFER WORK?

            A.        ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE TRANSFERS AND SUPPLIED

                        FLIGHT DETAILS YOU WILL BE ADDED TO THE TRANSFER

                        COMPANY LOG FOR EACH DIRECTION OF TRANSFER PAID. WHEN

                        YOU ARRIVE AT THE SPAINISH AIRPORT LOOK OUT FOR THE INNOVATION

                        REP, (HOLDING ‘INNOVATION’ SIGN). TO BOARD THE WAITING

                        COACH YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW YOUR PASSPORT TO THE COACH

                        SECURITY GUARDS AND BE CHECKED OFF, ON THEIR LIST. THE SAME PROCEDURES WILL BE ADOPTED ON YOUR RETURN. TWO DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RETURN THE RETURN TRANSFER TIMES WILL BE

                        DISPLAYED ON YOUR HOTEL NOTICE BOARD AND AT THE COLOSSOS CLUB

                        ENTRANCE.

            A.        THE START AND END DATE FOR THE PACKAGES ONLY SO

(26th & 29th JUNE 2011 FOR OUTBOUND JOURNEY AND FOR RETURN JOURNEY 2nd JULY AND 3rd JULY 2012).

 

 

 

 

TRANSFER NOTICE

TO ENSURE THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF TRANSFERS, IT HAS BEEN NECESSARY TO IMPOSE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS; 

# WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS AND PAYMENT BY 16TH MAY 2012. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE TRANSFER BEING CANCELLED, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

# EACH PERSON THAT HAS PAID FOR A TRANSFER, WILL BE ADDED TO THE TRANSFER COMPANY LOG FOR EACH DIRECTION OF PAID TRANSFER. ON ENTRY TO THE COACH YOU MUST SHOW PASSPORT PROOF TO THE COACH SECURITY AND BE CHECKED OFF, ON THEIR LIST.

# ARRIVAL TRANSFERS WILL BE DROPPED OFF AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO YOUR DESIGNATED HOTEL.

# DEPARTURE TRANSFERS RELATIVE TO YOUR FLIGHT WILL BE POSTED ON THE NOTICE BOARD OF YOUR HOTEL TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. THERE WILL ALSO BE LEAFLETS DETAILING THE SAME INFORMATION AT THE COLOSSOS CLUB COMPLEX.

# ANY PERSON’S THAT BOOK AND PAY FOR A RETURN TRANSFER WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THE ADVERTISED COLLECTION POINT, USUALLY AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO YOUR HOTEL.
