It’s been another fantastic year for Innovation and all our associated events.

We began 2011 with the road block United As One party at the Fire Complex in London.

Next stop was Paris for a night of madness in the beautiful French capital.

In March we teamed up with Random Concept, Warning & One Nation for 3 nights of madness at Pontins for the Global Energy Weekender.

April saw bookings open for Innovation In The Sun 2011. Our staff were hard at work until the end of June getting everything set for the biggest drum & bass holiday In The Sun. We’re sure you’ll agree it was well worth it, 8 nights of amazing parties (if you include the free pre-party) and 7 days of foam, yacht & wavepool parties, mc competitons, football tournaments and all round good fun... What other promoter can offer all that?

In August Innovation & One Nation came together for the first time in London at the mighty Proud2 event for Bass Heavy with a line up, venue & production standard that couldn’t be beaten.

November saw our brand new website go live along with the biggest ever, and in our minds, the best Innovation In The Dam to date! All 3 nights saw top performances from the artists and pure party vibes from you the ravers... The Saturday night at The Sand was the pinnacle of D&B raving, have you ever been to a club that big that sounded so good?

All this and we’ve not even mentioned the events in Germany, Bristol, Hastings, Oxford, the In The Dam Warm Up with Random Concept at Roadmender, the ridiculously good In The Cam event alongside Warning, all the, Unification, Xtravagance, Harry Shottas Birthday, Bangers & Mash, Jungle Ravenation parties we’ve hosted, the Innovation Records releases and the monthly Innovation Podcast which goes from strength to strength keeping you all up to date with the freshest D&B, latest event news, interviews & exclusive live DJ sets.

TICKETS

All UK customers should by now have recieved your tickets through the post. If you haven't please contact us as soon as possible so we can track them. 

Customers from outside the UK or customers who's payment reached us after 5pm on 11/11/11, your club tickets will be available for collection at Melkweg between 1pm - 4pm on 25th & 26th Nov 2011 or on the door of the club from 9pm

Please make sure you bring the correct ticket for each night.

NO TICKET MEANS NO ENTRY

Make sure you put the tickets you don't need in a safe place. We cannot refund or replace lost or stolen tickets under any circumstances. The full door price will apply if a valid ticket cannot be produced on the night.

TICKETS COLLECTIONS

If you are collecting your tickets out in Amsterdam please try and collect them from the information point at Melkweg on Fri or Sat between 1pm-4pm. This will save any big queues on the door when the club opens.

You must have your iDAM booking reference, produce ID and sign to collect your tickets.

VIP TICKETS

If you have booked VIP tickets for Saturday night please be aware these will NOT be arriving by post. We will have all your names on a list out in Amsterdam.

VIP wristbands will be available for collection at Melkweg between 1pm - 4pm on 25th & 26th Nov, or on the door of the club from 9pm on the Friday or Saturday night.

SMOKING

Amsterdam has smoking laws the same as we do in the UK.

Smoking inside the venues is ONLY permitted in the dedicated smoking areas. The venues security will eject anyone caught smoking outside of the dedicated areas or anyone caught acting abusively.

If you are flying to Amsterdam be sure to print out your boarding cards before heading to the airport, Easyjet & Ryan Air will charge you if you don't have these documents.

Save yourself some cash by changing up your money before you reach the airport. The Post Office offer a much better exchange rate than the Bureau de Change at the airports.

If you are parking at the airport book this in advance. It will cost you more if you turn up on the day without pre-booking.

There are just over 2 weeks to go until we head off to Amsterdam for three nights of raving madness!!

Before we go please make sure you read and understand the following:

UK Customers

Tickets will be posted out to all UK customers from today (Thurs 10th Nov).

These are being sent out via Royal Mail special delivery so they should be delivered to the address you supplied at the time of booking within the next 24 hours. 

You will need to sign for the delivery. If no one is in then the postman will take your tickets back to your local sorting office and leave you a delivery card.

Please make sure you go and collect them as soon as possible as NO TICKET MEANS NO ENTRY TO THE VENUES!!

If you do not collect your tickets from the sorting office within 7 days then they will be returned to us. There will not be enough time before the event to send them out a second time.

International Customers

Your tickets will be available to collect from the front desk at Melkweg club from 1pm-4pm on 25th & 26th Nov or on the door of the club from 9pm. 

Please bring your iDAM reference number and proof of identification.

• The venues will open at 9pm on each night. Nobody will be allowed into the venues without a valid ticket. Please arrive promptly on each night as the clubs security will be performing searches on entry.

• Please be aware that it will be cold out there this time of year and you may have to queue while the searches take place so bring a jacket.• Although Amsterdam does have a smoking ban in public places all venues do have smoking areas.

• Finally please remember we are all guests in Amsterdam for the weekend and we’ve come to have fun, please respect the locals and look out for each other.

• If you have booked VIP wristbands for Saturday night please either collect them from the info point at Melkweg on Friday night or Saturday 1pm-4pm daytime to avoid any delays on Saturday night.
